- 7/23/08-recived my 360 back in working order!
- 7/18/08-email from MS saying they got it
- 7/17/08-xbox recived (according to UPS website)
- 7/14/08-sent xbox away
- 7/11/08-recived box via UPS
- 7/8/08-M$ sends prepaid box via UPS
- 7/7/08-requested repair
